dropped the package to be delivered on October 16th. It did not leave until October 21st. Why did it sit there so long before being picked up??? Now I have to try and explain to my customer why she isn't getting her purchase for awhile yet.

Where is my package?

Where is my package??? I dropped it off at USPS on Sept 2. and the tracking has not been updated.
The package took 1 month to arrive. It was damaged so my client opened it front of a clerk. I have $1000 insurance and have not been able to collect for damaged product. She can’t sell it in this condition and I can’t get paid for weeks of work
