Tried to get a refund for a package label that never was used and they don't give you the time a day. can only print a label if you use their premuim service, which is just as slow as all the stuff they deliver.

USPS is great, do NOT use Parcel Monkey!

USPS is great, but do not purchase anything through Parcel Monkey as they will continue to add fradulent charges to your account months after items have been shipped.
