Parcel Monkey and UPS deliver quality again!

UPS's worldwide service got my package to it's destination in a just a few days and in good condition. It was quite a relief after sending the same item previously through EMS which, after two months, eventually lost the package. I've found UPS to be quite a dependable courier and will be using them again. I truly appreciate ParcelMonkey's customer service folks who try, and are usually successful, in resolving issues in the rare instance that something happens.

UPS Worldwide Saver is a fast and efficient way to send a package.

UPS Worldwide Saver drop is the way to go. Prior shipping with DHL was a nightmare. UPS are pretty efficient and when they say the time and date of arrival, they've been bang on with the last two shipments. Expensive for a 7lb box, but worth it.

Package handled so roughly that padded things inside were shattered.

The package was delivered to the recipient and in other shipments, everything has been fine. This time, when the recipient opened the box, things inside were damaged and broken, as though the box had been dropped from a great distance. This is very surprising because In preparing the materials, I ensured that everything inside was snug and anything sort of fragile (nothing was really fragile) was wrapped with bubble wrap. I know this isn't Parcel Monkey's issue (because Parcel Monkey is fantastic) but the handlers along the way.
