Guaranteed Overnight? Think again.

Parcel was handed to delivery driver at 1500 hrs but not scanned in until significantly later. Somehow UPS is claiming this voided my guaranteed overnight delivery. Parcel Monkey has refused to stand behind the delivery time they guaranteed. I've been dealing with this for 3 months at this point. I continue to use PM because it is the most economical option available, but I've learned to temper my expectations and to not depend on delivery guarantees, which is most unfortunate.

I have used UPS via Parcel Monkey to ship a number of items to Japan and it has been very impressive. Very easy to navigate through the customs forms and instructions for shipping and faster than usual shipping times. Very happy with the services.
