The drop off in Texas and final delivery in Thailand went well and in the stated time.
The one star was held back because of the exorbitant VAT fees. Yes, I know they are not the entity that assesses the VAT amounts, but this shipment had the highest I've ever paid. The stated customs value was $196usd and the VAT assessed was 3,464.2baht ($110.85usd). It may have just been a coincidence, but when I've shipped with higher priced carriers the VAT was either included up front, or was significantly lower.
I will still probably try this service again though to see if this was just a one off
