No deal

I sent 6 pieces of paper, they claim it exceeded 4 ounces and debited my bank fir additional funds, then the 2-3 day shipping took 10 days for delivery. Now I have to initiate a chargeback. Ever since UPS "partnered" with this company, it has been downhill.

Awful, complex, expensive, AND charged with an additional $95 at delivery!
