Good and Bad

Here's the good and the bad. Price was very good for the speed. But support took two working weeks to respond to my question after I purchased - I had sent it anyway the same day I purchased so when they finally responded it was kinda a joke. LIke, just ignore me at that point. How to fill out the customs form was unclear, hence my question to support, as the letter was for a bank, so it was being sent to a business but was not a sale of goods or had any monetary worth. Frustrating as I didn't know if I'd just wasted the postage and no way to get ahold of support before sending. If I had been willing to wait two weeks, I could have sent it for under $5. The tracking was very good, and updated me the next Monday that it had been received and a name of the person who received it. Other than being worried it would not clear customs it was a useful service.

Excellent service and delivery was early. I was sending a single page document from the East Coast of the US to QLD AU, Parcel Monkey told me it would take to the middle of the following week (which is still fairly fast to get a package from US to AU) and it was delivered 2 days later. UPS quoted me over $200 USD Parcel Monkey charged me just shy of $50.00, I have no reason to look outside of Parcel Monkey in the future.
