When I started the service to deliver a package containing papers I was told that it would be delivered in 4 days to India from US. It's been more than 6 days and the package seems to have just left US and it would take 4 more days minimum to get to India. I can only say this is a terrible way to serve with unfulfilled promises. I'm deeply disappointed so far. If anything changes, I'm willing to change my review.

Extra charge double pay for international UPS!

I was made to pay an additional $79 by UPS on day of delivery. Why was this not revealed at purchase of label? Not happy

I opted for Service which delivered in 3 days. Parcel was shipped on Tuesday, should have been delivered by Thursday. Parcel actually delivered on Monday the following week. I could have opted for a cheaper service with a different courier.
Completely disappointed with the service provided by UPS
