Nightmare experience shipping to Germany.

We shipped a package to Germany 3-5 day delivery, via UPS. Package was shipped from USA on October 6th actually received by recipient in Germany on November 14th. Spent nearly everyday talikng, live chat or email with UPS trying to find out why the package spent over 4 weeks in the warehouse (scanned every day). This experience was a nightmare. While I do not hold Parcel Monkey entirely responsible for this experience I just wanted to advise people what a disaster it is trying to ship anything into Germany. These were personal items, not commercial goods. UPS representation in Germany is pathetic.
