Horrible UPS Vienna customs dept

Horrible. We have shipped with UPS for years now. Their service in their Austria customs department (the destination) is horrible. We sent it as an Express Saver shipment, it took 2 days to arrive in Vienna, but there it is stuck now for 4 weeks!
They keep asking for a tax number, EORI number and an invoice. We have sent all these to them around 20 times now and the invoice WITH these numbers printed on it was on the parcel to begin with.
We call them every day now, and every day they say they don't have it and every day we send it again.
It is starting to look like UPS is trying to destroy our businesses on purpose.Parcel Monkey replied on 21/01/2025

Sent a 4lb package to Chile from US. I didn't realize how much the import fees for the receiver would be, and contacted UPS to charge me instead. Not a straightforward process. $80 to send, another $70 in fees! Did arrive with tracking most of the way there.
