First first time I've used this service, they kept their promise and delivered within the time they mentioned in their website, I would highly recommend parcel monkey.

Courier great but Parcel Monkey makes tracking hard

The courier service was great -- very speedy and reasonably priced. My complaint is that Parcel Monkey does not provide effective tracking information. I have to copy out the UPS tracking number by hand to send to my customer. Parcel Monkey should provide a simple link.

Always get my packages to person i sent to on timely basis... easy to use... and very prompt in getting back to messages... i highly recommend Parcel Monkey and have told lots of friends to use as well...
