Poor
Decided to take this option as it was guaranteed delivery in 3-5 business days.
Total business days was 8
Package was in London Stansted from 19th Dec-28th Dec, no. movement.
No updated information provided from Parcelmonkey on the expected delivery times, reason for the hold up or any offers of compensation for the failure to meet the expectations and service sold.Parcel Monkey replied on 04/01/2024

RUBBISH. I wont be using this company again, 14 days later and still no idea where the package is.
Sent on December 13th. No further tacking information and today is December 29th
The customer services....not worth mentioning
over fifty US dollars to ship and no information
If you like gambling with your money. Take it to a casino, you have better odds of winning, than getting
any type of customer service. And then you also have to wait between 1 to 2 days to get an answer as to where your items are.
Thanks for messing up an elderly persons Christmas. They're still waiting for their Christmas gifts from their grand children.
