Better than expected

okay so I was very skeptical but wow im impressed, the price is great and its already almost in the desitination, international shipping btw USA to Col, i was just like wow i didnt expect it too be this good and fast, and so easy. it deserves all the good reviews, just please remember to be very honest about what u r sending and sizes and weight dont try to bypass it, i did add a little over the actual weight just to be safe but its really worth it.

Explanation requested on condition of document on a delivered package

Why would UPS remove the documentation on the charges that were assessed on this package if the charges were not assessed by UPS? The accompanied package also had the charges documentation removed. This issue is affecting my opinion on how I feel about using UPS’s service in the future. Thank you for any information you can provide.
