ups to the uk should be avoided. customs nightmare

This service worked within a week, which was good. My only complaint was that communication was confusing. Tracking stated that a "final" delivery attempt had been made and that another one had been requested, when what it actually meant to indicate was that duties were due. I would like to have a way available to pay duties ahead of time so that gift recipients would not have to pay to receive their packages.

Service had an addition charge once it arrived at the destination which would not have been a problem if the price was included from the initial purchase. I had to send money to the receiver for it to be released.
