Expensive, but worth it!

It was so nice to have a package get there in a week and a half instead of 2-3 weeks. It was a little more expensive, but completely worth it.

I had a package shipped and nowhere did it say there would be an import fee to the receiver for a gift. I tried to contact support and was given a notification that the support is closed and refer to times when i was within the time support should have been available, around 3:00pm eastern on a Tuesday. this fee is more than doubling the cost of the shipment.

While marking a package as a "gift" is a common practice, it doesn't guarantee exemption from import charges. The application of import fees depends on the Customs regulations of the recipient's country. We apologize for any confusion and appreciate your understanding of this process.

my only complaint is that they keep asking me to leave a review for this service and it doesn't explain which shipment I am leaving the review for. So overall I would say its good, cancelling a shipment is a bit of a pain but as long as that doesn't need to be done, its not too bad. Haven't tried editing but I'm going to guess its not a walk in the park. might have to do one now, so we will see
