The price was good but the print function for the shipping label would not print on my home HP printer from my Mac Air. Went to three UPS locations with my Mac Air and was turned away as none of the staff could figure out the problem, Finally at the 4th a staff person took a phone shot of the Mac screen and then printed the label from the photo. There was no tech support number or address that could be contacted to get help from parcel Monkey. Wasted severla hours trying to get the package shipped.
