I saved a lot of money compared to any other service I could find and especially over the prices that UPS, USPS, and FedEx quoted me. Parcel Monkey will be my first go-to next time I ship.

What's not to like? Ground drop-off service at a fraction of the advertised price. Great service and tracking as always.

I will not use again unless I'm refunded my 27$! This is crazy and deceptive.

I was quoted a certain amount. I measured accurately. Entered all accurately. This service ended up being about 5$ less than UPS or FedEx. I tried it. Thought all was fine, until I got an email stating that they had charge me an additional 27$!!!!!! My willingness to save 5$ cost me an additional 22$!
I am so upset and angry and disappointed. I should have stuck with the usuals...UPS, FedEx or USPS. Less heartache and more transparency.
Do NOT use this service.

I was skeptical of trying a service that I had not heard of. However, I had 35 and 45 lb packages to ship across the country. It would have cost three times as much to go with the postal service and almost twice as much with UPS or FedEx. The package is arrived unharmed in less time than the things I have sent via USPS priority mail. To say that I am pleased is an understatement. It has even made me consider sending an international package with them.
