The online service is quick, easy, and uncomplicated. The shipping label is then immediately emailed to you. Tape it on, and take your package and drop it off. I have always been a big fan of the US Postal Service, but it has become very unreliable. UPS and Parcel Monkey have become my safe and painless methods of shipping! Give it a try!

I made my drop off at 7:59pm Thursday, December 10, 2021at a UPS Customer Center located at 555 Opperman Dr, Eagan, MN 55123. They closed at 8 and I still had to put one more item in box and tape up and place label. My tape dispenser fouled. The woman behind the counter was exceptionally helpful. She re-threaded my tape dispenser and then just graciously finished it up and told me to take my time. I found her to be most welcoming and extremely helpful. I should have gotten her name, but for identification purposes only she was a younger Hispanic women and if you or her supervisors see this, thanks for the great service and helping me out. Previous experiences at different UPS Customer Centers have not always been so welcoming and sticklers about the rules and not helping or providing tape. Which I understand, it’s not their responsibility to do any of that, but when they do and they do it with a smile it goes a long way.
