It was so easy and convenient to go online, know right away what the shipping cost would be, pay, create a shipping label and then drop the package off at a nearby UPS store. The package was even delivered a day early. I will definitely use again.

The process to secure the shipping label was seamless and I had no troubel tracking my package. It was slated to arrive in California on Friday, January 6th but actually got there a day early. Very professional service and no reported damage to the shipping box. Will recommend parcel monkey to all my friends and will be using the service again!
