I am so happy that I chose UPS ground for a few extra dollars rather than selecting USPS. Each time I've used USPS my package takes longer than expected and UPS ground offered a timeline of one to five days and it got there in two.
I like to say that if you set a realistic expectation and beat it, you keep a customer. But, if you make a promise that you can't keep, you'll lose one.
