Fast service, broke glass mixing bowl

I Packed items in bubble wrap and snuggly in a sturdy box and taped well! Package was received next day! Very good! Price was great! Heavy duty glass mixing bowl was broken in pieces! You could tell 19lb box was thrown around, that's why bowl was shattered! Trying to file a damage claim with UPS is like trying to get into fort Knox! Help!!! I have $100 of insurance and can't use it!
