Everything went smoothly, every step of the way. I know I saved $ by using Parcel Monkey over just shipping directly with UPS. My boxes were fairly large and heavy but arrived on the predicted date, which was fewer days than anticipated. I will be sure to use Parcel Monkey again the next time I have similar packages to ship!

Drop off was easy. No problem, the tags were scanned and I was given the tracking numbers and I was done.
