We've only used this service once and the one time we used it ended catching an additional charge for shipping with UPS claiming the item was 10lbs over weight and sized incorrectly. Parcel Monkey wouldn't fit this on our behalf unless we documented with pictures the size of the package! Who does that..
Any lesson learned..

Beware of Using Parcel Monkey!

Please beware before using Parcel Monkey! I shipped my package using the exact dimensions of my package and weight. The charges were $54 to ship, then a few days later I was charged an ADDITIONAL $183 because it was claimed that my package was 2" longer than I had described. I provided images with measuring tape proving that my package was the exact size that I had described and Parcel Monkey was not willing to try and help. Extremely poor customer service and would highly recommend NOT using Parcel Monkey. I will never use their services again.
