PLEASE HELP - Package is lost - PLEASE HELP

THIS IS NOT A COURIER REVIEW, IT IS A REVIEW OF PARCEL MONKEY. My valuable package is lost. I tried to make a claim but now realize that Parcel Monkey is the shipper so it is not my claim. The status of the claim is that the package is lost. Now I believe that Parcel Monkey will keep the claim money and not help me at all. There is no phone number and no way to reach anyone. This is very upsetting. I hope the package will still be found.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!!! Dropped package off at UPS on January 12 and it still has not been delivered. Atrocious!!! I will NEVER use this service again!
