Frustrating

It's been over 2 weeks since I sent valuable a d sentimental items to my son stationed in NC. Not only didn't the package not arrive, but I was informed that it was discarded with no trace of exactly what happened. Everyone seems to be pointing the finger at each other with nobody stepping up to the plate.
