I have shipped numerous boxes to the same zip code but this time I continually received an error that I needed to correct the zip code prior to shipping the package this time. Even after trying to "chat" with customer service there were issues due to the schedules involved. I tried to supply all information being requested in one response but I never got answers other than the standard response- " Thank you for contacting Parcel Monkey We aim to respond as quickly as possible. Please leave your email address and our dedicated support team will get in touch with you.Our operating hours are 6am - 5pm EST" I am on MST so it was difficult to find a time for us to communicate in person.
