Stress and Tension

I sent a package thru UPS, Great it was less than my discount thru UPS
But I found out the receiver was not available on Saturday the delivery date
And tried to change delivery to Monday. No way to change delivery online.
And no phone number to contact for help.I have a UPS account and called
And after a few calls and talking to a supervisor I was not able to change delivery
But was able to have it held at the center for pickup…
