Good Luck finding a tracking number ANYWHERE on your order!

Why is providing a tracking number that is visible the Customer not an option to us? Can't speak to a UPS Rep. or even their automated system without a tracking number. Cannot insure without it. I have two valuable packages floating around that I cannot even insure because ParcelMonkey keeps tracking numbers a secret. Now on day two since I asked for them, and if I do not get them tonight, I will not be able to insure either packge.
