Left packages at Advance Auto Parts. The clerk would not scan my packages. I left feeling uneasy & almost went back to get them. Everything ended up ok but I shouldn’t have had to worry. I’m not going to be dropping off there again.

Parcel Monkey Shipment

I LOVE Parcel Monkey very much. I have been shipping for more than two years using Parcel Monkey to Japan and within United States. The rates are almost always lower than any other company. The packages arrive at the destination in good condition and on time. Today I found out something which made me love Parcel Monkey even more! My son told me that each time I send him a package, he receives an e-mail from Parcel Monkey telling him a package is on the way and what is in the package. Then when it's out for delivery, he receives another e-mail. I did not know about that, and I truly appreciate Parcel Monkey taking that extra step because of Porch Pirates.
