Good service. Package not damaged. I love Parcel Monkey! I can package, weight and print label at home. The just drop off at UPS store. Shipping rates are very good.

Parcel Monkey got me a MUCH better rate that I was able to get on the direct UPS site, or any other deliver service site. UPS delivered the return package within a few days and provided tracking. Thanks to Parcel Monkey and UPS.
