The pricing and labeling process were very easy and clear. My parcel arrived at the destination very quick even though the shipping cost was like half that of USPS. Tracking was very precise also.

UPS hands it off to USPS, and it is delivered to the wrong address! this does not help my business! Luckly it was delivered in a small town, so the recipient knew my customer.
