I used Pitney Bowes to send a package to Australia on August 7. It is now September 18. According to the tracking information, the package is still in the sorting facility. Pitney Bowes has made no effort to contact me or return the package. I am unhappy.

Shipment was handled as expected. No problems delivered sooner than I thought possible, and at ar less cost than other carriers. I I have used parcel monkey for several shipments to Australia, and I am totally satisfied.
