I had never heard of or used Parcel monkey before but I am so glad I found it! The experience was easy and hassle free. We had no issues shipping out our large package across the country and there were no delays. Thanks for the excellent service!

OK once the counter was staffed

I delivered the packages to the FedEx drop at Office Max in Eagon.
There were no customers in the store when I arrived, and the clerk needed to be called up from the back to process me in. Otherwise, all went well. If the counter would have been attended at the time, I would give this a 5-star rating.

Unfortunately the box came with a lot of damage. The side ripped open and stuff missing out of the box. I'm very disappointed.
