why not charge my fees even when i order a large weight parcel than the actual weight.

We have sent you an explanation of your extra charges via messenger. The charge is simply one handed to ourselves directly from DHL to pass on to the sender, as it is the senders responsibility to ensure the measurements provided at the time of booking are as accurate as possible.
