Terrible Service and Breach of Contract of Carriage

Terrible service. Incredibly slow delivery from USA to Poland. Held at customs despite paperwork being correctly completed. Then failed to properly deliver to a corporate shipment center and returned to sender. Still have not received the returned package 3+ weeks later.
Edit: Support staff unhelpful and defensive, on occasion insulting. They are unable to process refund or provide return tracking or time estimate.

parcel delivered with contents severely damaged. emailed several times, with no response from company. Very shoddy

They gave clear instructions on how to drop off my package and they delivered slowly but at a very very low price. The tracking was there but not super helpful, I did not know when the package made the jump across the ocean but who cares if it arrives, and it did.

Parcel lost and stolen

The parcel was not tracked correctly. The shipping info was not updated. The parcel was given to a courier and I was not notified of delivery. The parcel was left without my authority in a public area and stolen. Response from EMS was that they delivered it.
They never told me. The tracking info said it was still in transit. Very expensive experience. Very disappointing.
