Drop off was really easy, only had to wait a while as only 3 people allowed in the store at one time.
When I did enter the shop I was dealt with very quickly.
Will certainly use Parcel Monkey in the future.

It could not have been easier, booked online printed label took it to local carrefour on thursday afternoon and my mum called to say that it had been delivered on SUNDAY morning Amazing service and fantastic price . Thank you sooo much DPD and parcel monkey

Parcel took three days to be collected from the store. Otherwise arrived Ok - but late.
