The drop off at store was simple, easy to complete & the assistant accepting my parcel was very efficient. She completed the relevant parts of the my shipping document. Stamped & dated it. This was my first experience of using your service I will certainly use it again should the need arise. The parcel arrived at its destination, without any mishaps in good condition. The tracking system was very helpful & kept me updated of the parcels progress from France to UK, through every stage of its journey.
