Appalling service. The boxes sat in the Pick Up location for ten days without being collected.
Endless emails, slow response. No reason given for delay.
Service épouvantable. Les colis sont restées au lieu de ramassage pendant dix jours sans être ramassées.
E-mails sans fin, réponse lente. Aucune raison donnée pour le retard.
